RETURNS
All moerchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Credit will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.  Return authorization code will be issued. No returns will be accepted without this code. Once claim is received and accepted by BestBlackCaviar.com, we will automatically reship merchandise. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns.

Our food items are perishable and cannot be returned.


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 business days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
All sales are final and can not be exchanged for different product or size. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping. It will only be exchange it for the same item, send us an email within 24 hours of receipt of your defective goods to info@progressiveprecisioninc.com.
