Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Cost:
Free standard next day shipping on all orders over $500 excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Shipping cost for orders below $500 can be calculated in the shopping cart once product added and you provide you shipping zip code and state.  

Shipping Methods & Time:
All orders will be shipped by using Fed Ex (Peri Ship) standard next day overnight service with guaranteed delivery by 3pm for business address and by 8pm for residential address. If necessary order can be upgraded to priority overnight with guaranteed delivery by 10:30am for $20 fee. All times in local time zone.
A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent via email once your order is processed.
In order to insure next day delivery order has to be received by 2:00pm PST.

Shipping Time
We only ship orders Monday through Thursday and excluding all Federal Holidays when Fed Ex is closed. If delivery day falls onto Federal Holiday your order will be shipped after holiday.
Orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped on following Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

*Orders placed between 2pm-4:30pm PST shipped following business day. If you need order to go out same day there is a possibility. You have to contact us immediately at (323) 854-9888 and we will try to accommodate your needs but not guaranteed.

**If your order is placed on Friday before 2pm and you would like to receive your order on Saturday please contact us immediately as soon as order is placed at (323) 854-9888 and we will arrange Saturday delivery for additional $50 fee.

All caviar is considered perishable and requires special handling. Perishables are shipped carefully and safely in our insulated, temperature-controlled foam box.

Delivery requirements:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes under any circumstances.

We do not require signature for delivery on orders up to $1250. Due to perishable nature of our gourmet food, we must insure that carrier would not take package back to station in case if you are not available to sign. We are not responsible for packages left unattended by carrier. If you required signature, please write us a message in order notes field during check out process or contact us right after submitting your order.

Orders over $1250 will require signature. It is customer responsibility to be available to sign for package at time of delivery. If you are not going to be available during the day for free standard overnight delivery option you can upgraded shipping to priority overnight for just $20 and get your delivery by 10:30am.

If there are any special requests or handling to your order please make sure to fill out order notes field before check out or contact us immediately after order been placed.

Changes or cancellations to orders could be made by phone only within 2 hours of placing your order and before  to 2pm PST.

Storage Requirements:
Sealed Sturgeon Caviar for best results, to insure product freshness and for maximum storage capacity should be stored between 25F to 28F.
Sturgeon caviar has a lot of natural vitamins A, B, C, D, E. It has natural phosphorus, iron as well as rich source of sodium, calcium, magnesium and contains high amount of iodine.

Therefore under no circumstances you should ever freeze Sturgeon and never stored below 25F. If caviar is ever frozen all natural vitamins and micro elements will die. It’s egg brakes and caviar becomes mushy with lots of slime.

Unfortunately most household refrigerators don’t have those capabilities and can not be set between at 25F to 28F. A professional grade refrigerator is required.
Therefore we suggest to place caviar to coldest place of your refrigerator and set it as low as possible between 25F to 40F.
